Listing Polish provides AI-powered photo editing and enhancement for property listing photos, including features such as HDR merging, window pulling, sky replacement, white balance, perspective correction, image relighting, auto privacy, and color correction.
You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to:
You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Listing Polish a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, to generate enhanced images, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability).
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process User Content and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

AI-generated outputs may vary. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them. Listing Polish does not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or meet all MLS rules in every market.
Some features may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and plan details are shown on the Website and may change over time. Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Polish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
